Hi there,

I am Jimmy and I am the Master Baker @Spoon Huat. As U may have seen in our Introduction page on this website, we are the offspring of Spore's largest baking supply store, PH.* The idea to start Spoon Huat is to further enhance our customers' experience on top of visiting our stores by serving fresh-from-the-oven, takeaway baked and deli products.

Spoon Huat not only serves daily baked items and for products, but showcases freshly-made, delicious deli items found all over the world. Each week, we will bring in a special menu item into our stores and U won't want to miss it.

Chicago Deep Dish Pizza

My passion for food and travel led me to scour for mouth-watering dishes around the world.

The picture on the left is Chicago Deep Dish pizza, one of the food delicacies that was my favourite during my tenure at Chicago years back.

As Spoon Huat is currently 'hot-casing' them at our stores this week, I am sharing how the deep dish pizza is made.
